Summer Practice-I is designed for second-year architecture students to provide a comprehensive introduction to essential skills and experiences in the field over a 20-day period. The course is divided into two main sections. In the first section, students will spend 10 days observing and documenting activities at a designated construction site. This hands-on experience allows students to gain insights into construction processes, materials, and site management practices, fostering a deeper understanding of the practical aspects of architectural implementation. In the second section, students will engage in 10 days of observation within an architectural office or related organization. Here, they will learn about the design process, and the collaborative nature of architectural practice. This phase emphasizes the integration of theoretical knowledge with real-world application, as students interact with professionals and participate in various office activities.
